Personal Goal settings


Hey,

This post is purely addressed to my current situation and perceived habits I’d like to investigate further into. Explore their root cause!

So the new goals are:

  1. Get off the computer minimum 1½ hour before bedtime.
  2. Running minimum 1.5km a day, switch between 1 night, 1 morning
  3. Start up writing dream diary
  4. Only eating when feeling hungry – still vegan 5 days and vegetarian 2 days.
  5. Ask my heart, Self what it truly wants right now. Act upon it!

Thats all for now. Use what you can of it in your daily life.

There are no bad habits, only un-conscious ones. Identify them and let it go 😉
