The programs that are developed simply ask to get a program designed for your goals. The reason for posting each day about my own exercises is merely to show what my interests are and how / if the ideas I play with actually works! Cause honestly who would get advice from someone without experience, but merely studied it from a book? Keep it real, that is my deal.
