The body diary is reaching its final steps. Having noted every exercise and foods, starting out at 30.april till now. This diary will end at 25.june. The results will be published as a complete diet analysis and what effects, and efficiency there has been experienced. The exercises are also progressing and expansion is seen on all fronts of the daily life. More of this in the latter post of this week.
