This simply is contemplating the questions of:
Who am I?
What am I?
Funny, how can we wake up, sensing fear or panic, like falling, open the eyes of the body. Mind and thoughts saying or you literally say out loud. Where am I? – Who and what is this “I” that is referred to? What do we think we are if we can even forget what and who we are!? Which brings me to this insight:
What ever is seen having a beginning or an end, cannot be you!

Well, now I will prepare a bath top with lavender and relax for 30min, then the yoga session for inspired by B.K.S Iyengar will be practiced.
