Good morning, yoga after eating meat. Releasing the tension!


Hi and from here a good morning!

As for yesterday and the choice of eating meat, has its effects today. Feelings are tense, strained and movements has to be carried out in the slowest tempo with full effort and focus. Air is released from the digestion, yes its what is called FARTING! So the atmosphere from inside starts to come out side. Matching the saying,

What goes in most come out!

This morning, no feelings for breakfast, all attention was driving by the idea to clean and clean, both outside and inside 😀 This is simply what I would like to do and is now manifesting.

2 glasses of water, a good yoga session for 1½ hours and vitalize with a shower and a good cup of tea, with dandelions, licorice and honey!
