May 19. Eating day!


Looking back on today, I see the couch has clearly been the favorite place. Morning fresh doing the yoga stretch. Eating cheese and milk products almost the whole day. The fart machine is up, maybe the stomach is saying: “Hey pal this is clearly enough!” Yes, sometimes we sit down. Be okay with having a day, off the goal settings and just let it pass away.

Comments for the diet, while eating 8 times a day, is not something I would recommend. But this blog is not the perfect life, it is how things works out. Learning still and then you need to carry your will and thoughts out!
