Another day, by numbers its called my birthday, but still the same goals apply:
Exercise today, in weather which some would call lousy sad and “Not today”. Yes its raining and the wind is cold, but fresh! Outside we go to jump the rope and hang to stretch. Discipline is here to neglect the body’s and minds thoughts of coldness and fear. I love to move, love to learn and improve. 10 minutes in the jumping rope, strong in balance with kettle bells. 1 week has passed, improvements in most of exercises. The discipline of mind, getting out there and walking the line, the term: “Just do it” frees your self and brings attention back to right HERE!
