Exercise and Diet development


Hi everyone,

The following posts will be about exercise, what exercises is performed, and I would love to debate, talk about its effectiveness and what the focus is in each exercise. The diet will also be included, timings on eating, exercises and amount of exercise.

So here is what I called: Body Development Diary 1.may.2012 Please give me your opinion on the read-ability of the map. Is it easily understandable and practical for you to receive the information in this manner?

The sun is shining outside and its calling to finish putting oil on the Gymnastic Bars, which is put up in the garden.
