Day 4 – after Fasting


Oooops! 

Another night at the toilet, “flushing” the Greek Yogurt out again. The lactose, bacteria’s is too much for the stomach to handle after a 7 days fast on pure fruits and fluids. This firmly supports the idea of having a STRICT plan of eating after a fast, keep it light and in small amounts. 

This morning the breakfast consisted of oatmeal, nuts, fruits; raisins, apple, banana. mixed with some müsli. All soaked in soy milk and acai honey. Sweet, sour  for the taste buds and Yummi in the tummy.

Be careful of oils burned, yogurt amount and in general start out with light foods after a fast.

I am about to start up exercise routines and would love to hear you goals and what you see as possible methods to achieve those!
