Here are some pictures from the 10 km hike today:
The hike was carried out in great sunny weather, a slow tempo (3 hours, 10 km). Arriving home we all had a good sitting, with dandelion tea, Faith went straight to sleep.
Later we did a 30min meditation, cleaning some files out on the computer. 30 min of Core yoga exercises, mixed with sun salutes and 5 TibetansĀ and finally at 8pm; Diluted Fruit / vegetable juice, lemon and cucumber. YUM! Had to manage the willpower in order to drink it slowly and tasteful.
Now relaxing with tea; Aniseed, Fennel Seed, Cardamom Seed, Licorice Root, Coriander Seed and Celery Seed. All organic. Its “Pure” from http://www.pukkaherbs.com
The body feels great, relaxed though some tension in the lower legs.
