So first thing to do here in April is cleansing out the body’s internal system. This includes, kidneys, lever, intestines, blood sugars. We clean out, starting with a morning fast, having a glass of water and tea: “White Thorn, Green The, Licorice, Dandelion.”
To move the energies around in the body a routine of morning yoga is done. We have called it The Ultimate Freedom, by B.K.S. Iyengar The Ultimate Freedom by B.K.S. Iyengar “Mind-Map”
Then a smoothie of cucumber and lemon. Yummie, fresh poured up in a Champagne Saucer glass.
After midday, we enjoyed more tea, with dandelion only to get the good bitter taste, followed by 1 orange, 1 banana a 2 pieces of bread with eggs, tomato and salad. Some salt and pepper added. Some nuts in the end;)
Now out to build an gymnastic / exercise court in the back-yard.
