The sun is shining, yesterday night was enjoyed by wonderful home-made cookies HONEY cookies, which my honey refused to eat at night. As always this stomach here ready for intake, eating all the cookies about 500g then go to sleep. Waking up and BOOM, puke taste in the mouth, bloated stomach and thoughts running crazy with blaming and stupefying the urge of cookies yesterday.

Start out with some breathing exercise, and then go through each pose with about 3 – 5 deep breaths holding each pose as effortless as possible. It seems obstructive at first to stretch, bend and twist the stomach area, but actually it vitalizes. I’ll do more of these in the day. Now ginger tea and off again.
